Strategic Consultancy

Develop strategic plans for institutions including building new exhibition spaces, relaunching or rehanging, designing an exhibitions programme, resources and staff structures, engagement, budgeting and income streams.

Exhibition Development and Management    

Create, develop, project manage and deliver exhibitions for organisations or private collectors. Adept at taking on an exhibition from its inception and developing the idea, although we can equally come into a project at any later stage to bring it through to successful delivery.

Loan Negotiation and Management

Act as your representative and provide guidance when lending artworks. Negotiate loan contracts, conditions of loan and logistics, managing the relationship between lender and borrower to ensure the lender’s interests are secure.

Working with Artists

We provide support to artists when collaborating with museums and galleries for exhibitions. Manage discussions, negotiations and planning on behalf of the artists, support with administration and installations, allowing the artist valuable time to concentrate on their work.

Curation and Interpretation

Curate exhibitions or co-curate to assist internal teams.  Write texts for exhibitions, interpretation and online learning.

National and International Exhibition Tours

We take on work for a museum or private collection to create multi-venue national and international touring exhibitions. Represent the client in discussions and meetings to agree on all aspects of the collaboration; write and negotiate contracts, fees and shared costs, and any other business required to create a successful, secure and smooth-running tour.

Working with Collections

Research objects in collections and compile a collections database and inventory. Advise on design for hanging and display and undertake plans for re-hangs or installations. Assist with conservation, insurance, art transport and storage requirements.
